Angela Prentner-Smith is This is Milk’s Managing Director. She leads the business strategy and operations for This is Milk. Angela is passionate about customer experience, digital and running great projects. She’s particularly good at designing and running workshops that get you where you want to be.
Angela started her career in earnest in the Public Sector, working on the Student Loans Company’s Customer First transformation programme. She was responsible for online projects from scope, insights through design, delivery and live management.
Since then Angela has had roles on some of Scotland’s largest programmes, working for the likes of Scottish Power, Tesco Bank, Barclays Wealth and National Australia Group. Since starting This is Milk, Angela has mentored at Entrepreneurial Spark, spoken at a number of events, and been nominated for an Inspiring City Award, (Contribution by a young business leader – 2016), and a SWIB Celebrating Women Award for Communicator.
Within This is Milk, Angela takes both a strategic and hands on roll with the team and associates, and delivers for clients as diverse as Pharmatech (Methameasure) and Financial Services (Clydesdale Bank), where she utilised her business analysis and project management skills.
Angela holds an MA with honours in History of Art from University of Glasgow, including Multimedia Analysis and Design and undertook Mdes in Design Innovation at Glasgow School of Art in addition to a range of professional training
