Aliya has 25 years experience in HR and co-founded JourneyHR in 2010. Her raison d’etre is to work with founders in the creative industry to help them create great places to work. Aliya spends her time advising and influencing board members and owners on building inclusive cultures with equitable people practices. She also spends time coaching leaders and delivering impactful leadership and management workshops.
