About the steering group

The old career ladder is being replaced by something far less linear. AI is changing entry-level work, skills are becoming obsolete and freelancing / hybrid roles are becoming normal.

People are more likely to move between disciplines, industries and employment models throughout their careers and the jobs young people enter today may still look fundamentally different in five years.

The steering group is focussed on providing practical support for young digital professionals around:

  • Wellbeing

The young talent steering group is specifically for people under the age of 35.

Council members

The Young Talent Steering Group is chaired by Antonia Simon. Driven by the need to leverage an understanding of cultures and sustainability to find resilient solutions, Antonia is passionate about is placing our collective futures at the heart of a business’ strategy and leveraging technology to make those futures real.

The future is ours to shape, and Antonia is eager to ensure that every voice, especially those of young people, is heard and embraced.
