Siobhan is the Inclusion & Diversity Lead at Multiverse and a member of BIMA’s Inclusion & Diversity Council. Multiverse was founded to create an outstanding alternative to university and corporate training. Siobhan works with teams across the organisation to embed inclusion within everything Multiverse does from how they recruit, to how they deliver an apprenticeship education and community experience where all can thrive. Prior to joining Multiverse, Siobhan worked in a variety of education and non-profit settings supporting individuals to access opportunities and reach their full potential. Siobhan was recognised in the 2020 BIMA 100 list as a Champion for Change for her work supporting young people from underrepresented backgrounds into careers in tech.
