Rebecca Simmonds is Chair of Mentoring for BIMA and has worked in the digital industry for over 15 years, with some of the world’s greatest established brands including Shell, Barclays, Electrolux, Royal Bank of Scotland and Oxford University Press … and some of those hoping to be just that, like Skifta and Hubbub.
This experience has paved the way for Rebecca to become a business leader with a strong understanding, and proven track record, of how to grow companies into profitable, effective and enjoyable organisations. The secret to which, Rebecca believes, is a balance between understanding quality and how to deliver it, being able to lead a strong and passionate sales team and looking after the culture and the people that work in your company.
Since becoming Managing Director of Head London in 2008 she has sat at the centre of delivering the company’s ambitious growth plans that have seen us become one of the most innovative and interesting digital product and service design companies in the UK.
Prior to Head she worked to establish the digital offering of Fitch: London and WPP data marketing agency Blue.
