Biography

Peter is an experienced founder, technologist, investor and growth advisor.

Peter worked in the enterprise software industry, delivering solutions across the finance, telecoms and media sectors before founding Kinetik, a consultancy specialising in Rich Internet Applications, working with clients such as BSkyB, ICAP and UBS.

In 2009, Peter co-founded Nice Agency with the vision to create transformational mobile experiences for enterprise and consumer clients. Peter grew the agency to 50 staff in five years, specialising in innovative user experience design, application engineering and digital product management & strategy, delivering mobile-first experiences for clients including Channel 4, UBS, Flybe, first direct, Ticketmaster and MBNA.

Nice Agency was acquired by Karmarama in 2014, where Peter was appointed Group CTO. Peter continued growing Nice to 120 staff. In 2016, Karmarama was acquired by Accenture Interactive, becoming part of the world’s largest digital agency.

After the acquisition, Peter founded Creative Futures, a new business within Karmarama and Accenture Interactive helping brands find new ways to grow by rapidly concepting and piloting new propositions, products and services – combining big ideas, brand purpose, design thinking, emerging technology and business viability through a model of open innovation.

Following Karmarama, Peter has founded Decoded, a technology consultancy specialising in providing CTO, Product & Growth services to start-ups, SMEs and enterprise businesses.
