Having studied economics and philosophy at Leeds, Nick started his first PR company when he was 24 years old, post the dot-com crash. He went on to sell it to a much larger entity where he was lucky enough to launch Facebook in the UK, starting the partnership when Facebook’s UK team was only one-man strong. Nick set up his second company, Beyond, nine years ago with a primary focus on designing amazing creative technology-led customer experiences. Beyond now has offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. The company has worked with Apple, Google, Facebook, Snap, PayPal and Sir Richard Branson. Alongside recognition for their work, with Nick’s leadership Beyond has won awards for women’s empowerment in the workplace and for Flipside, a diversity scheme Beyond co-founded, which looks to help a wider pool of talented candidates break into the industry.
