Mo is a Director of Strategic Alliances at Publicis Sapient.
Mo has a digital career spanning over 20 years; covering product development, marketing and digital business transformation. She’s held leadership positions across business, creative and technology at companies including Yahoo!, BBC, Adidas, Saatchi & Saatchi and Adobe.
Her career highlights include research and development of Programme Information Pages, an aggregation platform for programme metadata which serves as the backbone to the I-player, one of the first TV and radio on demand platforms — and building adidas first wearable technology business.
Mo enjoys mentoring and is an ambassador on BAME 20:20 an organisation that aims to have 20% of new entrants to the communication industry coming from Black, Asian and Minority backgrounds, and 20% of leadership positions being held by the same.
She is a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, a Webby & Lovie Judge and was invited to join the BIMAs in 2019.
