Holly joined BIMA as Managing Director in early 2018. She works closely with BIMA’s two Co-President’s as well as BIMA’s Central Council to shape and deliver the organisation’s strategy and ensure BIMA stays critical for current and future generations of UK digital.
Holly spent the last three years as International Business Development Director for D&AD, the global educational charity which exists to promote excellence in design and advertising. Her role involved driving growth and new business outside the UK, with notable successes including D&AD Impact – a partnership with Advertising Week NY; establishing a Chinese office, and setting up D&AD’s International Advisory Board, comprising 26 leading global industry figures.
Prior to her role as IBD Director, Holly was D&AD’s Awards Director. She grew up messing about in the water in the sunny climes of the South Coast before moving to London to study Anthropology at University College London.
