As a Client Services Manager at Emperor, I am the first point of contact for our website clients, responsible for real time responses and end to end management for all incoming telephone and email requests as part of a team of six.
I provide proactive content management support, technical expertise and recommendations to our fully-managed website clients ensuring our portfolio websites are consistently up-to-date and aligned to industry best practice.
I proactively manage the updates and content maintenance for a number of corporate and investor relations websites, apps, tools and feeds. In addition I manage client website events and their build projects ensuring on time delivery and an exceptional quality.
I also manage live events for clients such as high profile results days, ensuring all documents are on the website in a timely manner.
Additionally my role includes client training on the CMS.
I also ensure I am continually developing my knowledge of the IR industry, keeping aware of the latest digital developments and clients’ business areas.
