Mission Statement

To establish a membership based mentoring programme to support all levels of talent development in the digital industry.

About the council

The BIMA Mentoring Council oversees BIMA’s Mentoring Programme, which helps mentees take the next step in digital and provides mentors with valuable skills and experience too.

The council is responsible for building the skills within the BIMA membership to sustain the programme, for promoting the mentoring scheme and demonstrating its effect; and for scaling the programme so that more BIMA members can benefit.
