To support women in business, digital and tech; BIMA is hosting it’s first in-person SHIMA event in collaboration with our members Zone and their Women in Digital initiative; which is aimed at our women, those who identify as women, and women allies.
Our discussion in this session will be about “Women Leaders in Digital“. Our speakers, accomplished women in leadership roles within the digital sphere, will share their personal journeys, shedding light on how their gender has influenced their ascent to leadership positions. The conversation will delve into the triumphs, challenges, and unique experiences that have shaped these women leaders. Importantly, the event will explore the discrimination they may have encountered on their paths to leadership, providing a platform for all to address and dissect these issues. It will be an interactive session with Q&A throughout.
This SHIMA Women Leaders in Digital event is more than just a gathering; it’s a dynamic initiative aimed at mobilizing attendees to bridge the gap and overcome gender and other equality disparities in the digital landscape. Our overarching goal is to foster inclusive workplaces that not only empower women but elevate business performance for everyone involved.
We hope you walk away from this event feeling inspired, empowered, and armed with practical insights you can put into action. As we convene to explore the narratives of women leaders in the digital arena, we invite you to be a part of this transformative dialogue.
