Now in its 27th year, Kingston Smith’s annual survey on the financial performance of marketing services companies is regarded as the most comprehensive and authoritative financial survey of the UK’s marketing services industry.

We would like to invite you to the launch, being held on Tuesday 28 November.

The seminar will cover the key findings of the survey, analysing identified KPIs and trends within the advertising, digital, branding and design, PR, media buying and marketing and sales promotion sectors. Such areas include profit ratios, productivity ratios and staff costs and numbers, giving you unparalleled benchmarking insights.

In addition, while good profit margins become even harder to achieve, our panel will discuss the pressures that the media and marcomms industry find themselves under. The pace of change within machine learning and Artificial Intelligence keeps agencies continually on their toes bringing new challenges as well as opportunities. The big consultancies continue to make acquisitions in the creative space threatening to finally start eating our lunch. At the same time, consumer attitudes towards advertising continue to shift and become ever more cynical. These are just a few of the pressures that the industry continues to deal with that our panellists will discuss.
