So, Apple and Dyson are opening shops whilst others close them. It seems that the more digital we are, the more human we need to be – a phenomenon we all need to understand in order to stay relevant.

Justin Ballantine, Creative Director

You could say that Justin’s a bit obsessed with CX and creativity, but that would be underplaying things. He’ll be plundering years plied delivering results for the likes of AXA, Clarks, LV=, the National Trust, Siemens and Bath Spa University – and diving into learnings from his insatiable curiosity with all things customer experience.

Matt Thomas, Client Strategy Director

Matt’s a thinker. His job is to make the creative, practical. In his 12 years’ experience of leading Client Services teams and partnering with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, he’s learned a thing or two about getting stuff done. Isn’t fear-of-change the primary barrier to doing new things?

Lisa has over 13 years of agency experience; previously working as an Account Director managing projects for a wide range of B2B and B2C clients. With extensive knowledge of planning, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns both on and offline – Lisa now utilises her skills in the role of Marketing Manager for Bray Leino CX.

Lisa is responsible for managing the company profile, supporting new business, developing partnerships and helping the Management Team to drive the agency forward.

In her personal life Lisa spends the majority of her time running around after her two energetic young boys!
