BIMA Yorkshire | Understanding and Creating Sustainable Talent

Posted by BIMA

Join BIMA’s Yorkshire’s Community as we hear from industry leaders about how to maintain talent in an ever-changing professional climate

Amongst most businesses in the digital industry & beyond, the number one issue at the moment seems to see attracting and retaining talent.

It’s important to understand the impact that finding and keeping the best talent has on the bottom line. Freelance costs have increased, and the skills gap means there’s high demand and bigger salaries are being dangled in front of the development roles in particular. If they go, they are costly to replace.

Join our fantastic selection of speakers at Parralax in Leeds City Center as we explore these topics and more as a digital community, tickets are free!
