Andy’s career has mainly been tech-focused, leading Parallax’s front-end development team for 8 years. In more recent times, Andy has become responsible for Parallax’s People department, focusing on talent, progression, communication, culture, leadership & training. Parallax is now seeing the fastest growth in its 12-year history, which has presented many challenges around understanding & sustaining talent.
