We’re all aware of the role of talent attraction in a candidate short market like the one we’re experiencing right now, but while we’re busy developing new and exciting ways to bring the best people through the door, the ones we already have are slipping out through the back.

The harsh reality is that employee turnover is a constant challenge. Only 1 in 3 leaders believe their attrition rate is acceptable, and yet very few tackle it head on. You not only need to get under the skin of *why* your people are seeking greener pastures. You need to understand how much that turnover is impacting your bottom line. Replacing an employee can cost up to 15 times their salary, making attrition one of the biggest inhibitors of growth.

Who will be there?

Léon Milns (We Are Adam) and Gareth Dunlop (Fathom), invite senior decision-makers to join them for a delicious breakfast on Wednesday 30 March for this in-person BIMA roundtable, when we’ll discuss how to take the next step with your talent pipeline by retaining your best employees.

Limited to 12 attendees to allow for discussion. The Chatham House Rule applies and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.

Your data is important to us and we’re committed to protecting it. We have updated our policy to make it easy for you to understand your choices and the control you have over your data. Please review here.
