BIMA Directors’ Dinner hosted by BIMA South Bournemouth Council with guest Tom Frame, Co-founder of Etch Group

BIMA Directors’ Dinner at: Banque & Bohem, Bournemouth

We look forward to welcoming Tom Frame to our next dinner in Bournemouth. Tom will be sharing about mergers and acquisitions and how to grow your company. This is your opportunity to connect with your peers, be really honest about your businesses, your challenges and your achievements and have time to really talk. All this as well as enjoying some excellent food, wine and being inspired on your journey by Tom’s story.

Speakers

Tom Frame is founder of both Etch Group and Hacksoton and invests heavily in the Southern Digital community.

With a people-first profit-second strategy, he has continually remodelled the Etch agency group around the talent it holds. He firmly believes that this flexible, Radical Management approach, has driven the success of the agency and has enabled unrivalled results and outcomes for the clients the agency works with.

Building a sustainable culture in a non-traditional agency model, has seen Etch go from a small independent to a new group consultancy model, after successfully negotiating ownership of Big Radical away from a corporate acquisition.

Frame has spent the last year turning Big Radical around and continually growing Etch, winning clients such as Maserati, Hargreaves & Lansdown, Old Mutual Wealth, British Airways and Mind. So far this year they are already reporting over 30% profit, again proving the people-first approach delivers real value.
