Join our lively discussion to tackle a topic that is top of mind for agency leaders around the globe.

Our line-up includes a forward-thinking cross-section of shops to debate what it takes to thrive in today’s environment that demands greater levels of creativity and innovation without crippling margins. Gone are the days that creativity and profitability were combating forces that resulted in disruptions to projects, resources and the bottom line. It doesn’t have to be a zero sum game.

It’s the perfect opportunity to pop your questions and share your experiences and ideas with your peers. From an operations perspective, the quest for greater efficiency, making every minute billable and eliminating those mundane, repetitive administrative tasks are a few ways to improve margins. On the technology side, how do you eliminate the costs for multiple systems in siloed departments?

This promises to be a lively session on what’s probably one of the biggest, on-going debates inside agencies.

The event is open to Finance Directors, Creative Directors and Operations Directors at BIMA member organisations.
