Maaike Coppens, Author at OpenDialog AI

Maaike is an internationally respected conversational design expert, speaker and author. She has over a decade of experience in user experience design for startups and major brands including AccorHotels, and Groupe SEB.

She has particular expertise in consumer and voice, consulting on platforms including Amazon Alexa and Google Dialogflow. She has recently also been recognised by Amazon as an Alexa Champion.

With a background in linguistics she leads the voice and conversation design services at OpenDialog AI, offered in English, French, Dutch and German.

Maaike is the co-author of the Voice UX Workbook and currently writing her second book on Conversational UX, to be published in September 2022.
