BIMA Masterclass | Mergers and Acquisitions

What? BIMA joint with Kemp Little to bring you a masterclass on maximising value for your business on a sale. The masterclass will cover when you should sell and the preparations that need to be done for an exit. It will cover all the information that you need to provide to potential buyers. As well this it will take a look at dealing with due diligence and understanding the legal processes involved with selling your business. Additionally, the session will take a look at the potential risks involved in mergers and acquisitions. Taking all this into consideration it will then delve into how to achieve a successful earn-out, and why integration is so important for your business.

Why? An opportunity to learn how to be as successful and maximise value for your business on a sale from acquisition experts Andy Moseby and Deobrah Angel, who are both corporate partners at Kemp Little. You will leave the masterclass equipped with the knowledge and understanding of how to have a successful exit.

Who? A masterclass aimed specifically at CEOs, CFOs and management.

Places are limited to one member per comapny. Tickets are free for BIMA members or £30 + VAT for non-members. To get your BIMA Member discount code email events@bima.co.uk
