Harvey Weinstein, Pestminster, Kevin Spacey, #metoo – it seems like the floodgates have opened and we’re taking a huge step forward in recognising the shocking incidence of sexual harassment across industries. Yet there is still huge confusion on some of the basics – what are a women’s rights when it comes to sexual harassment, what are the right things to do when you see or personally experience something that makes you uncomfortable, how can we remove harassment in all its forms. If knowledge is power – right now we are all too often powerless.

This masterclass has been designed specifically for those people who manage teams and want to know how they can steward and protect their teams and ensure they create positive workplaces. We are over the moon to be joined by Kathryn Dooks who is an Employment Partner at Technology and Digital Media Law Firm, Kemp Little LLP. Kathryn will provide an overview of the law regarding discrimination and harassment and then, through a series of real-life case studies, we will explore different scenarios and how they could be managed.
