BIMA Client Services Roundtable | CS and our contribution to agency culture

Posted by BIMA

A practical, forward thinking & interactive roundtable from the Client Services Peer Network.

Online Only Event: We will send you a meeting link once you sign up . This is a BIMA Member only session. For more information on becoming a BIMA Member visit the BIMA Site or email web@bima.co.uk

The very nature of being in Client Services means that we are at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships and bringing people together, inside and outside our organisations. The last 15 months of working remotely created new challenges and now, that we move into this new phase of hybrid working, people going back to offices and some still working remotely, how do we create collaboration, thriving relationships and deep value-led connections? Ultimately, what are the challenges ahead and how will we keep being the glue that brings all things and people together?

We’ll be exploring how necessary it is for CS to be back in the office 5 days per week, what will new ways of working look like and navigating the challenges of collaboration in this new ear of hybrid working amongst many other aspects of agency culture as we go back to work.

We look forward to welcoming you.

We’ll be joined by members of the Client Services Core team. They will be driving discussion and perspectives, but crucially looking into what you are doing in the midst of this unique time and how the BIMA CS Peer Network can help you along the way.

Limited to 12 attendees to allow for discussion. If we are oversubscribed we will use breakout rooms. Chatham House Rules apply and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.
