BIMA Breakfast Roundtable | Why building a unique culture matters

For the past 15 years, Leon Milns, Founder of We are Adam has been helping independent agencies find, attract and retain the very best talent. And if there’s one thing he’s found that helps agencies attract top talent (and keep that talent engaged) it’s standing out from the crowd. At this roundtable discussion Leon will be joined by Tom Frame, Founder of Etch Group and Shelly Frame, Founder and Commercial Director of Etch Group, to discuss the importance to your recruitment and retention of building a unique culture. They’ll be revealing best practice tips for making your preferred culture a reality, exploring how to avoid costly mistakes, and there’ll be an opportunity for you to share your own experiences, challenges and success stories over breakfast.

The Chatham House Rule applies and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.

Tickets are free for BIMA members and non-members but spaces are limited so please rsvp to davidbutcher@bima.co.uk as soon as possible.
