Alan Graham, Co-Founder, OCL | A digital chameleon, Alan has worked in over 10 profound technologies in his 20+ year career, including digital video, animation, e-commerce, presence detection, blogging and mobile computing. Alan Graham is a widely published writer and editor who created the world’s first book dedicated to blogging as literature in 2004 called “Never Threaten to Eat Your Co-Workers”. He has appeared in numerous publications including, several O’Reilly Media books and blogs, was the author of the ZDNet Web 2.0 blog and also spent three years at the Discovery Channel, during which time he launched their first music site. In the past 20 years, he has worked with Better Homes & GardensParamount PicturesSalon.com, The Well, FiskarsFeedster, Apple and Sonos, to name a few.


Benjamin Maugain, Technical Project Manager, Cyber-Duck | Benjamin Maugain is the Technical Project Manager at Cyber-Duck, a leading full service digital agency that offers creative, technical and marketing expertise for clients that include Cancer Research Technology, the EU and Arsenal FC. He translates client requirements into high-quality digital solutions, applying extensive expertise in full stack web development. Benjamin has taught workshops at the BBC’s ‘Future is Now’ events, Mozilla Festival, and at the London College of Communication.


Dave Hrycyszyn, Founding Partner and Director of Strategy &Technology, Head London | Dave’s led major development projects for Microsoft, Qualcomm, Pearson, Oxford University Press, Cambridge University, and the British Heart Foundation. He tries to approach technology with a combination of childlike enthusiasm and grown-up cynicism. He has a keen interest in organisations and institutions, and the interplay between social structures and software. Dave is currently working on a book on HTTP application development in Scala. Dave helps large organisations use emerging technologies for innovation. He has spent the past two decades designing and building software systems that are used by several hundred million people worldwide.


Simon Gill, Chief Creative Officer, UK & MENA, DigitasLBi | Simon is Chief Creative Officer at global marketing and technology agency DigitasLBi. He’s been with the agency since its inception as LBI back in 2006, contributing to many of its creative award successes including work for EON, Honda, Lloyds Bank, Microsoft, Peek Vision, Sony Mobile, #TFISOL and the infamous #RaveCave. His ultimate goal is to create very the best in ‘Real Magic’ – blending fantastic creative ideas with brilliant execution to generate real business value. Simon is an active figure in the industry. He was elected to the BIMA Executive in 2015, and has been an Executive Member of IADAS since 2014. He has done multiple jury services, judging the BIMA Awards, Clio Awards, Creative Circle, Cresta, D&AD Awards, DMA Awards, IAB Creative Showcase, MAA Best Awards, New York Festivals, Lovie and Webby Awards.


Suzy Thomas, Head of Customer Experience, CitizenSafe | Suzy Thomas is Head of Customer Experience for GBG’s CitizenSafe solution: helping users verify their identity quickly and securely, so they can access government services online via GOV.UK. She is passionate about using technology to create simple, secure systems that put users in control of their data, resulting in a fantastic experience for CitizenSafe’s customers. With considerable experience in consumer and B2B communications, Suzy has focused on the identity data intelligence sector with identity specialists GBG for the last four years.
