Jonny Tooze is a successful entrepreneur, thought-leader and public speaker, actively helping to shape and influence the digital industry in the UK.
Jonny founded his first digital business and was pitching to VCs when he was eighteen. In 2003, Jonny founded LAB, which has grown to be one of the UK’s leading independent digital agencies, working with a range of household brands on their digital strategy and execution. LAB has offices in Soho and Cape Town.
Jonny has been hooked on digital from the start of his career and has regularly won awards for his industry involvement, including BIMA 100 four years running and The Drum Digerati.
Jonny is passionate about creativity, leadership, psychology and emerging technology.

An experienced agency owner, leadership consultant, author, executive coach, neuro linguistic programmer and neuromarketer. What unifies all of these diverse activities is a passion for what makes people tick. Daryll has worked with brands such as Apple, Deloitte, Pret-a-Manger, Tesco Mobile and Virgin Atlantic.
Following her passion for digital, Teodora moved to London with the goal of completing her BA in Digital Media Communications at the University of Westminster. Having just finished her formal education, she has now been pursuing her career in vibrant Soho for over a year as the Marketing Executive at Lab. Discovering more about the intricacies of the human psyche and what really drives people to do what they do, she has irremediably fallen in love
with human behaviour and decoding its many puzzles…
Lab is an award winning digital agency which aims to blend technology with human behaviour. Working with clients such as The Guardian, Sage Pay and Department of Health, Lab constructs digital solutions to create individual experience for clients and their customers.
After 25 years in big brand Financial Services Marketing and Communications, Adrian remains a non-exec director with the Gocompare. He has joined the boards of two ambitious tech-startups : Brushlink and Gas Tag – both now launched and nicely post-revenue. He has also had the honour of joining Macmillan Cancer Support’s ‘dragon panel’ focusing on brand strategy and to become Executive Producer at Blackhouse Pictures film company (look out for ‘The Good Neighbour’ in 2018!)He is proud to be one of the three founders of TheFloor.com – a fightback against the ad-driven platforms that are squashing the edge out of fringe and left field creators.
