We’ve teamed up six industry leaders in AI, Robotics and CX to bring you a truly fascinating analysis of AI’s impact on customer experience. The panel will be hosted by Michael Nutley, digital media extraordinaire, who has spent the past 16 years writing, thinking and talking about how businesses are using digital.
