The 2019 agenda has been revealed, welcoming experts from seriously impressive brands, such as Deliveroo, Visa, Honda, KFC and Vodafone, just to name a few. This year’s theme, ‘What’s Next?’ will navigate the changing economic, social and technological landscape, to help you make informed decisions and better understand how these changes affect consumer behaviour.
