In his role, Ben has brought together nearly 280 employees under the Karma Comms Group banner - covering CRM, data, design, digital, TV & content production, mobile, social media & PR as well as advertising through a combination of organic growth, mergers and acquisitions. In December 2016, he oversaw the sale of the agency to Accenture. Karmarama are now one of the most effective creative agencies in the UK, winning an IPA Gold and the DMA Grand Prix for two successive years in 2017, for its work for the British Army. It was again the highest ranked creative agency in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For, ranking 8th out of 100 businesses. Ben was recognised as one of the ‘100 Coolest People in Tech in 2017’ and is a frequent speaker at conferences across the world.

Ben will be sharing stories from his own journey including the phenomenal growth at Karmarama along with its triumphs and challenges and looking at some of the challenges facing our industry and where it might be heading next.
