Peer Group Mentoring

A 6-month programme for senior leaders who struggle to justify the cost of traditional executive training and find it difficult to identify useful sounding boards who understand their industry.

With BIMA Peer Group Mentoring, you’ll join a of group of 6-8 leaders to learn, share challenges, provide support and explore new opportunities together. You’ll develop yourself and you’ll benefit your business.

This is a new programme born out of learnings we’ve made from our engagement with senior leaders over the last 12 months. We identified that few leaders have been trained for the position they find themselves in. Many of them find it difficult to identify useful sounding boards, especially specific to their industry.

Executive training can often be expensive and inconvenient, but Peer Group Mentoring with BIMA is far more accessible. It’s an opportunity to find the support, knowledge and shared experience that can help make you better at what you do – and feel more confident in doing it.

I came to the conclusion that I needed to talk to someone with insight into my situation. I knew that through BIMA I would be able to discuss the issues I was facing openly and honestly, with someone with credibility and an experienced ear.
