BIMA - Developing Future Talent

What’s going on!

The Digital Media industry is undergoing a sea change. Mergers and acquisitions are prevalent, resulting in an increasingly competitive market place, ultimately providing organisations with a host of commercial opportunities.

In addition, rapid developments in technology and corporate strategy now require businesses to focus attention on new audiences and sectors. There is a need to target new and existing talent - not only in the media industry - but also within academia, to address future skills requirements that in turn support commercial objectives.

Increasingly, question marks are being raised regarding the acquisition of raw talent to exploit such opportunities - talent that bring fresh ideas, change perceptions and an approach to the industry that not only push the boundaries but set new precedents too.

BIMA is pioneering a fresh and innovative approach to bridging the gap between the Digital Industry, Education sector and Professional development arena through strategic partnerships with key partners.

Activities that are designed to lead from the front and ensure that emerging and exciting talent have an interface to the industry, to be seen, able to influence ultimately increasing commercial and employment opportunities.
